Refund Policy
Effective Date: March 1, 2026
Article 1 (Basic Policy)
WhisperApp ("the Software") is a digital download product. Since all features can be tested during the 7-day free trial before purchase, refunds are generally not provided after purchase.
Article 2 (Free Trial)
- The Software provides a 7-day free trial before purchase.
- During the trial period, all Pro features are available.
- Please thoroughly test the operating environment and features during the trial period before making a purchase decision.
Article 3 (Eligible Refund Cases)
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- A technical issue prevents the product from functioning properly, and our support is unable to resolve it
- The product's actual functionality significantly differs from its description
- A duplicate charge has occurred (double purchase of the same license)
Article 4 (Refund Request Period)
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.
Article 5 (How to Request a Refund)
To request a refund, please contact support@ara-tech.jp with the following information:
- Order number (Stripe payment ID)
- Registered email address
- Reason for the refund request
- For technical issues: details of the problem (OS, GPU environment, error details, etc.)
Article 6 (Refund Processing)
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed through Stripe to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5-10 business days after approval.
- Upon completion of the refund, the issued License Key will be deactivated.
Article 7 (Non-Refundable Items)
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase
- Update period renewal fees
- Standard to Pro upgrade fees (except when Pro features are unusable due to technical issues)
- Issues caused by the User's environment (insufficient hardware, unsupported OS, etc.) that could have been verified through the trial before purchase
